Bloodpril Review: Why This Brand’s Websites Disagree About What Is in the Bottle
This is the strangest finding on the site, and unlike most of what we publish it has an immediate practical consequence: you may not be buying what you think you are buying.
Different sites in the same brand network list amino acids, berberine and bitter melon, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar, and blueberry extract.
What the network looks like
Searching the brand name returns an unusually large number of near-identical official-looking sites, plus paid advertorials placed on financial newswire services and a marketplace listing.
Multiple sales pages for one direct-response supplement is not itself remarkable — affiliate networks generate them routinely, and different affiliates run different landing pages. What is remarkable is that the pages describe different products.
The contradictions
The main US site sells a 500 mg proprietary blend of L-Arginine HCL, L-Arginine AKG and L-Citrulline Malate. Clear, specific, consistent throughout that page.
Another site in the network describes a formula containing berberine, bitter melon, white mulberry leaf and juniper berry. Those are blood sugar ingredients — a glucose formula, not a blood pressure one.
A third discusses cinnamon and apple cider vinegar in the context of glucose metabolism.
A fourth advertises blueberry extract and states: “No proprietary blends. No label decoration. Every compound inside is present at the level the published research considers effective.” That is the opposite of what the main site sells, which is precisely a proprietary blend.

What it means for you
Three practical consequences.
Confirm the ingredient list on the page you are ordering from. If it describes berberine and bitter melon, you are looking at a different formula from the one this review covers, whatever the brand name says.
Photograph the Supplement Facts panel when the bottle arrives and compare it against what you were sold. The printed panel is the authoritative document; a website is not.
Understand which order record your guarantee attaches to. Refunds are administered against the seller’s records for the channel you actually bought through.
We are not asserting deception here — recycled affiliate templates written without seeing the label would explain it just as well. But the effect on a buyer is identical either way.
The mechanism is real — that is not the question
It is worth being precise about what is and is not in dispute here, because a lot of supplement criticism attacks mechanisms that are perfectly sound.
Nitric oxide signalling in the cardiovascular system earned the 1998 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. Endothelial nitric oxide synthase converts L-arginine into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide diffuses into vascular smooth muscle, activates guanylate cyclase, raises cGMP and relaxes the vessel. Widened vessels lower peripheral resistance, and lower resistance lowers blood pressure. Every step of that is textbook physiology.
Endothelial nitric oxide production genuinely does decline with age, and these genuinely are the right amino acids to target it. The seller describes all of this accurately — more accurately than most pages in this category.
The question is only ever how much. A correct mechanism supplied below its effective range is still a correct mechanism. It is just not a working product.
