For a refund: contact support within 60 days of purchase and ask for the return instructions before posting anything back. Keep a timestamped copy. Full steps here.
For the doses: ask how the 500 mg blend divides between L-arginine HCL, L-arginine AKG and L-citrulline malate, and whether any third-party test certificate is available. It is the most useful question to ask before ordering.

We are not able to answer those questions and answering them badly could genuinely hurt someone.
