Refund & Return Policy
Last updated 2026-08-22.
Sixty days from purchase, with unusually generous terms. The published policy states that you may return all bottles in any condition — full, empty or partially used, that a return merchandise authorisation is issued within 24 hours of your email, that the refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving, and that there are no restocking fees and no subscription or auto-billing. Among the products this site has reviewed, these are the best refund terms we have seen.
The steps, in order
- Confirm you are inside the window. Sixty days, counted from your purchase date rather than delivery. Processing and shipping consume part of that before the bottle arrives, and a delayed delivery does not extend it. Diarise day 50 so the decision never creeps past the deadline.
- Email support with your order number. Inside the window, and keep a timestamped copy. The published terms promise a return authorisation within 24 hours — if it does not arrive, chase it in writing rather than waiting.
- Return the bottles in whatever condition they are in. This is the part worth reading twice, because it is genuinely better than the category norm: full, empty or partially used are all explicitly accepted. You do not need to have preserved packaging or left bottles unopened.
- Use a tracked service. Return postage responsibility is not specified in the published terms, so confirm it when you request your authorisation. Untracked returns are how refund disputes get lost.
- Expect the refund within 7 business days of the return being received. Keep your tracking number until the credit appears on your statement.
The 60-day guarantee versus the 180-day package
The one structural caveat. The six-bottle package is a 180-day supply against a 60-day window, so two thirds of it sits outside protection from the moment it arrives.
What is unusual here is that the seller says so itself, noting that the two-bottle package is a 60-day supply which “aligns exactly with the guarantee evaluation window.” That is accurate, useful, and against the seller’s own revenue interest — and it is our recommendation too. Take two bottles. Every pound you spend then sits inside the guarantee.
What this policy does well
Three things worth naming. There is no minimum-use requirement hidden beside a “no questions asked” badge, which several competitors use to catch people out. There is no restocking fee, which is a common way refunds get quietly reduced. And there is no subscription to cancel — unwanted rebills are the single most common complaint in this whole market, and removing them removes the problem.
Where this policy comes from
The steps above are our plain-English summary of the return terms published by the product’s seller, reviewed on 2026-08-22. This site does not process orders, payments or refunds. In any conflict, the seller’s own published policy at the time of your purchase governs. Confirm current terms at checkout before ordering.
