Bloodpril Review: Don’t Buy Until You’ve Done This One Calculation
You do not need this review. You need one number from the seller's page, two numbers from the research, and a calculator. Here is the shortcut.
500 divided by 9,000. Everything else on this site is commentary on that.
The ninety-second version
Step one. Find the blend total on the official page. It is published: 500 mg of amino acid blend per serving, covering all three ingredients together.
Step two. Search for the doses used in blood pressure trials on those ingredients. L-arginine: 6,000–12,000 mg daily. L-citrulline: 3,000–6,000 mg daily.
Step three. Divide. 500 into 9,000 is about 5.6%. Into 18,000 it is about 2.8%.
That is the entire review. Three to six percent of the researched amount.
Why this check beats reading reviews
Reviews tell you what someone believes happened to them. Blood pressure varies by ten to twenty mmHg across a normal day, which means almost anyone can produce a reading that supports almost any conclusion — and people who have paid $158 tend to find the readings they expect.
The arithmetic does not depend on anyone’s impressions, expectations or honesty. It uses a number the seller published and numbers from trials anyone can look up. Two people doing this check independently get the same answer.
Run it on every supplement you consider. Find the label amount, find the study dose, divide. Anything below roughly a third of the studied dose is decoration.

What the check does not cover
Two things, so use it as a first filter rather than the whole assessment.
Safety is separate from dose. Even a small amount of a nitric-oxide-active supplement is worth checking against nitrates, PDE5 inhibitors and a cardiac history. Low dose reduces the likely magnitude; it does not remove the question.
Purchase terms are separate too. Bloodpril’s guarantee is genuinely excellent, which changes the risk of trying it even though it changes nothing about whether it works.
So: do the sum first. If a product fails it badly, you have saved yourself an hour. If it passes, then read the interaction list and the refund terms properly.
What would genuinely move your numbers
It is worth stating on a page that carries an affiliate link: the interventions with the strongest blood pressure evidence are not sold in bottles, and most of them cost nothing.
Sodium reduction produces meaningful reductions in most people, and the majority of dietary sodium comes from processed food rather than the salt cellar. The DASH eating pattern has among the strongest trial evidence in nutritional medicine, with effects comparable to a single medication in some participants.
Weight loss lowers pressure roughly in proportion to the amount lost. Aerobic exercise produces reliable reductions within weeks — brisk walking counts. Reducing alcohol matters more than most people expect. Treating sleep apnoea transforms readings in people who have it, and it is widely undiagnosed.
Against that background, 500 mg of amino acid blend is not competing for the same job.
Independent background reading, none of it selling anything: PubMed, CDC on high blood pressure and WHO on hypertension. For the applied version of this on our own pages, see realistic expectations and timelines or the Bloodpril official website reference.
What we would do
Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering if you take anything cardiovascular, and to a cardiologist if you have had a heart attack. Buy a validated upper-arm monitor and record twice-daily readings for a fortnight before your first capsule so you have a baseline rather than an impression. Choose the two-bottle package, since 60 days of product against a 60-day guarantee is the only combination that keeps your whole spend inside the refund window. Diarise day 50 on the day you order.
How to verify any of this
Every figure above comes from a source you can check yourself: the blend total published on the official order page, the doses used in the human trials on these amino acids, the stated guarantee terms, and peer-reviewed literature. Where an amount is not disclosed by the seller — the split between the three aminos — we say so rather than estimating it. If you find something here that is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will re-check it and re-date the page.
Frequently asked
No. The shell is gelatin, which is animal-derived. No halal or kosher certification is claimed, and the marketing never mentions it.
Two bottles, if any. It is a 60-day supply against a 60-day guarantee, so everything you spend stays inside your protection — and the seller points this out itself.
No. It is marketed to adults generally for blood pressure support. Some review titles circulating online describe it as a men's vitality gummy, which is wrong on both counts.
A 500 mg proprietary amino acid blend of L-Arginine HCL, L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate and L-Citrulline Malate, plus gelatin, rice flour and magnesium stearate as non-actives. Two capsules daily, 60 per bottle.
Disclaimer. This formula acts on the nitric oxide pathway — the same pathway as nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin and isosorbide, and as PDE5 inhibitors such as sildenafil. Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering if you take any cardiovascular medication, and to a cardiologist if you have had a heart attack. Never stop or reduce prescribed blood pressure medication to take a supplement.
